A little fun fact about 𝑴𝒆: As some of you know, I had undergone Spinal fusion when I was 16 years old due to scoliosis. I was operated from T11-12 to L1-5, so as you can all imagine, I do get back aches here and there! How many hours a day do you spend sitting? 👩🏼💻 👉🏻On average, I spend anywhere from 9 to 12 hours a day sitting on my butt. I get up in the morning, get ready, and then get in my car for my daily commute to the office. Once I'm in the office, good luck trying to get me up. I can sit here for HOURS... but seriously so many hours. Ever heard of office-ass? . . . . .
